ORDERING

How do pre-orders work?

Pre-ordering reserves the latest items from upcoming collections before they are available on hand to ship. Each pre-order item is assigned a pre-order date to indicate when it is expected to ship. (Please allow 2-5 weeks to ship)
You will be updated throughout the process and notified via email when your order is ready to ship.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel or amend an order within 24 hours of placing it.

Dutties and Taxes

Every customer is financially responsible for any duties and/or taxes incurred. For international orders in question, we suggest that you contact your local customs office for more information as duties and taxes are dependent on the destination, provenance and value of items shipped. These regulations are subject to change at any time by the courier.

SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Shipping Policy

1. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order.
2. Please allow 1 - 3 business days from the time your order is placed for processing and verification.
3. If product is a pre-order, please allow up to 3-5 weeks to ship.
4. Once your order is fulfilled, you will then receive an email notification with your tracking information.
*Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of return to sender packages.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will be applied at checkout.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Villago is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you were sent the wrong item, or if the product is defective contact us via email at villago.official@gmail.com. 

Refunds/Exchanges

Refunds or exchanges may be made at our discretion. If you would like to place a claim for a refund or exchange please email us at: villago.official@gmail.com

You are not eligible for a refund unless you meet the following criteria:

-Your purchase is not delivered at all.
-You received a defective or incorrect product.
-It hasn’t even been a day since you placed your order!
-If the product you received is not the one you bought, you have 7 days to return it after receiving your order. If your product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please email us, and we will replace it. Villago cannot guarantee order variations at any time and reserves the right to handle your transaction.
Refund or exchange claims made (7) Days after item is received will not be considered.

What size T-Shirt should I buy?

Villago products follow our signature slightly oversized fit. This style falls wide and square. Fits slightly large to size but for a regular fit, please take a size down.

Can I exchange for a different size?
